This award recognises the individual, group or organisation that has applied innovative technology systems to their business to enhance productivity or solve a problem resulting in a positive outcome. The judges will be interested in initiatives from warehousing, supply chain, environment, communication, safety, compliance or other related operations.

This Award will recognise the implementation of a policy or program and / or a technology innovation that improves sustainability. The judges will look for specific instances where a company can demonstrate: a reduction in total waste/energy, an increase in resource recovery, a staff training program implemented in their customer’s business to reduce, recycle, recover and the roll out of infrastructure to achieve sustainable outcomes.

The judges will look for nominations from the transport and logistics industry identifying young up-and-coming people. Nominations are encouraged from all sectors of the industry and from any level within an organisation. Qualifications are not a prerequisite for any nominee. The judges will be interested in hearing about the work ethics, attitude, initiative and future potential of nominees, as well as key achievements of the nominee to date. The award is open to people up to 35 years of age.

This award recognises the person or persons who have made the most outstanding contribution to the Australian transport and logistics industry over an extended period of time. The judges will look for specific business initiatives, commitment to staff, contribution to the transport and logistics industry, profile in the community and overall leadership qualities.
Individuals and organisations may enter on their own behalf or be nominated by their industry peers. Each nomination must be accompanied by a typed summary (of no more than 1,500 words) outlining why the nomination is being put forward. Supporting material in the form of charts, publications, diagrams or photos may be submitted with the summary.
Nominations are open to all organisations in the freight and logistics industry including suppliers, authorities and customers within Australia.
Yes you can nominate in as many categories as you wish as long as your nomination meets the specific judging criteria. Only one nomination is permitted for each category.
You are not permitted to re supply a written submission that was entered in previous years for the same category. Each year a new submission must be provided which answers all the criteria. Judging criteria is subject to various changes each year, so the same submission cannot be used.
The closing date for nominations is Monday 14th August 2023.
Entries in each category will be judged by independent panels appointed by the Chairman. The panels will be drawn from relevant industry representatives.
Finalists in each category will be notified in writing and are requested to attend the Award ceremony. All finalists for each category will be announced at the ceremony along with the Winner.

The judge’s decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into by any member of the judging panel.
